VERIFIED Project Steps Up Adaptive Radiotherapy Research

The VERIFIED project (“In vivo patient-specific real-time dosimetry for adaptive radiotherapy”) was selected for funding during the first PIANOFORTE Open Call.

The project has four partners performing scientific actions: SCK CEN (Belgium), University of Antwerp (UA, Belgium), Ziekenhuis aan de Stroom (ZAS; Belgium), University of Maastricht (UM, the Netherlands) and School of Medicine, University of Zagreb (UZSM; Croatia).

The 5th general meeting of the VERIFIED project took place on 12 September 2025, in Antwerp, Belgium. All partners were represented by at least one member. The meeting focused on discussing the ongoing project, objectives achieved and planning collaborative experimental research activities for the coming months.

The next meeting is scheduled to be held online in the first months of 2026.
