CITISTRA project on the Małopolska Night of Scientists

During the Małopolska Night of Scientists on the 27th of September 2024, the CITISTA project stand presented the motivation, steps and goals of citizen measurements. Additionally, we provided education on natural background radiation, different types of radiation and how to use radiation sources safely.
 
The Małopolska Night of Scientists presents scientific achievements in an accessible way and inspires young people to take up a scientific career. The event is organized by universities, scientific institutes, companies with research and development departments, libraries, museums and many others, with the Małopolska Voivodeship serving as the Coordinator.
