PIANOFORTE sessions at 10th RICOMET international conference

At the RICOMET conference held on 10th and 11th of June 2024 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, two sessions were devoted to PIANOFORTE. First, the Social Science and Humanities Strategic Research Agenda (SSH SRA) was presented and discussed in order to collect research gaps reflecting current social context and to update the existing version dating from 2019. In the second session, ongoing PIANOFORTE projects that have been granted funding in PIANOFORTE first open call (CITISTRA, RRADEW, SONORA, PREDICT) were presented, emphasising the SSH research in those projects.

PIANOFORTE research partnership aims to improve knowledge and promote innovation in the field of radiation protection for the benefit of better protection of the public, patients, workers and the environment in all scenarios of exposure to ionizing radiation.
